Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure

Our online shop uses a secure server. We do not store any credit card information on this site and credit card authorisation is done by our Payment Service Provider, PayPal.

Refund Policy

We have a no questions asked, full refund policy for up to 1 year after the date of purchase of any software developed by and purchased from DayTime Software. Please email support@daytimesoftware.com, or use the contact form listed below, if you wish to request a refund. You will need to use the same email address provided when you made your purchase. The original purchase price will only be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to purchase the software. Your software licence will be invalidated in a future update and will cease to work if you update to a subsequent release.

Licensing & Delivery

Once your purchase has been made through our online shop, you will be sent your license key to the email address provided with 48 hours, though normally you should receive your licence with an hour

We do not currently offer our software on physical media and it is only available via download. The downloaded software is fully functional, but is limited to a 45 day trial period after which the software will cease to run. To use the software beyond the trial period, you will need to purchase a license from our secure online shop.

Prices

Items are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly. We will confirm receipt of the complaint within 48 hours. You will then receive a response within another five (5) working days. It will be dealt with courteously, confidentially and effectively.
